Palmilla is a white coastal home on the Gold Coast with a 10m pool, three date palms, oak joinery and warm stone bathrooms. It works for fashion, lifestyle, interiors, brand and video shoots, and it’s available by arrangement.

The white facade & front palm
The white coastal facade and the palm out front give you an exterior setting before you step inside.
The pool & rear palms
A long pool, lawn and two mature date palms sit alongside the rear balconies. There is room to frame the house from the garden.
Open-plan living
Curved sofas, oak furniture and views towards the palms bring soft shapes and warm textures into the living space.
Oak & pale stone
The kitchen pairs oak joinery with a pale stone island. It opens onto the living and dining area for connected interior scenes.
Stone bathrooms
Twin basins, arched mirrors and a freestanding bath offer another setting within the same home.
Bedrooms with an outlook
Neutral upholstery, soft linen and garden views give the bedrooms a quieter feel. The gallery shows the different rooms and their finishes.
Covered alfresco
Outdoor seating beside the pool connects the garden to the house, with a covered setting for relaxed lifestyle scenes.
Palmilla at dusk
As evening settles, the balconies and pool light up. The existing dusk photographs show how the house looks after sunset.
Light and timing
The garden faces north, so the pool and rear of the house get sun through most of the day. At dusk, the balconies and pool light up. If a particular look matters to your shoot, include reference images and your preferred time of day in your enquiry.
We’ll discuss timing with you before confirming access. Conditions change with the season and weather, so use the photographs to plan your brief and talk through the details with us.
Practical details
Tell us your crew size, the spaces you need and your expected arrival and finish times. Include vehicles, equipment, power requirements and any proposed changes to the set. We’ll confirm access, parking and what can be accommodated before you book.
Palmilla is in a residential estate, so neighbours and the house need to be considered in the plan. Shoot access and hire arrangements are confirmed individually.
Aerial views are included in our gallery. Any proposed drone use needs to be discussed beforehand and must comply with CASA rules and applicable Gold Coast Airport airspace restrictions. The gallery’s aerial photographs do not establish permission for a future flight.
Rates
Rates are on request and depend on crew size, hours and how much of the house you need. Send us your brief and we’ll come back with a quote. If your dates are flexible, let us know that too.
