The house
Palmilla is a private coastal home made for spending time together. The open-plan living room brings the kitchen, dining table and curved sofas into one welcoming space. Downstairs, another lounge gives you somewhere to pause with a book or let a different conversation unfold.
There are five bedrooms and four bathrooms, with oak furniture, pale stone and soft, neutral finishes throughout. Beds are made up before you arrive, and extra blankets and sheets are provided. You can explore the rooms in the gallery before you start packing.
Outside, the 10m pool runs beside the house, with lawn, mature date palms and a north-facing garden. The covered alfresco area and BBQ give you a place for lunch after a swim or an easy evening at home.

What’s included
Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, cooking essentials and BBQ utensils are provided, along with two dishwashers, laundry facilities and indoor and outdoor drying spaces. There are smart TVs for your own streaming accounts and a selection of board games for a quiet night in.
We provide 10 bath towels and 10 beach towels. Bring extras if you need them, plus your toiletries, food and drinks. Baby gates and a porta-cot are available on request. The guest guide has the full packing list, appliance instructions and both downloadable brochures.

Pets are welcome by prior approval. Let us know about your pet when you book and we’ll confirm before you arrive. Please bring their bedding, food, water bowl and other essentials, keep them off indoor furniture and bedding, and pick up after them in the garden.

You’ll find us at 159 Cowell Drive in The Arbour, Burleigh Heads. Burleigh’s beach and headland are a short drive away, with Palm Beach and Tallebudgera Creek also nearby. The M1 is close by for exploring further along the Gold Coast.
Standard check-in is from 3 pm, with checkout by 11 am. The guest guide explains parking and collecting your keys.
